I'm back back back!!!

Hello Hello!!! I'm sooooo happy to be back! I really missed you guys, my blog, my readers, and of course, CRAFTING. On my last post I mentioned that was in Venezuela, eating good stuff hehe. After 2 weeks of eating and just hanging around, the last day finally came :( It was hard to say goodbye and to leave my country and family, but at the same time I was excited because I was gonna see my mom!!! It has been almost 3 years since the last time I saw her :( yes, It was really hard. I can't describe what I felt when I saw her, I waited for that day for several years, and oh! my goodness! It was a very good feeling.

Right now, I'm in Orlando, Florida, where my family lives. I'm visiting for a few weeks and after a while I have to go back to real life. I love it here because they have A LOT of stores and crafting stores, it's really hard to contain myself from buying everything I see. Everything from books, yarns, beads, needles, I feel like I can make anything! well, literally you can with all of the good stuff they have here. :). I'll be making all kinds of new projects. After so many weeks away from the blogging world I feel the urge to make something, on the next post I'll show you what I made on planes and the surprise my mom gave me after I got here :)

So, the last post I said I would post some pictures of Venezuela... Here I have some for you to see ;)

These are -Tequeños- which are very similar to the Cheese Sticks you find on the restaurants. The difference is that Tequeños are made with fresh cheese, kind of like a milky cheese and is wrapped with a dough made with all-purpose flour.

Most of the time they are served with a sauce made with Mayo and garlic (DELICIOUS!!!) and regular ketchup. I know, not a very good thing to eat if you're on a diet :\, but VERY VERY tasty.

Oh my! this was in a seafood restaurant. I ordered a grilled seafood dinner. The dish had, shrimp, octopus, calamari, scallops, salmon, and a few mussels. It was exquisite!!!. This is not a "venezuelan" dish but I assure you they cooked it very well ^_^

I'll be back soon to show you some more pictures. I'm excited to be back! Thanks you so much for stopping back and for visiting me while I was away :)

Ciao, Ciao!!!
